Before you joint to any PTC site, you must have an AlertPay and PayPal account. Sign up there and follow step by step the registration protocols. Its easy and just take several minutes to get an each account. But you must be on Verified status (Become Verified) if you want to make transactions. Just follow and as long as you waiting the Verified status, you can sign up to some PTC sites and do some clicks to advertise there.
